Using ACCESS
By browsing ACCESS or placing an order, you agree to use the service lawfully and to provide accurate information when it is needed to fulfil an order or support you. We may update these terms when the service changes; the version published here applies from the date it is posted.
Products and marketplace listings
Product availability, prices, images, sizing, and stock can change. Marketplace listings are supplied by independent sellers. Brand ownership and trademarks remain with their respective owners; a listing does not by itself mean ACCESS is an official brand partner, authorised reseller, or authenticator.
Orders and payment
An order is accepted when ACCESS confirms payment and the relevant stock is available. Online payment is handled through the payment method shown at checkout. A cash sale at Shop B-26 is completed only when an authorised cashier confirms that the full amount has been received; the on-screen receipt records that completed sale.
Collection, delivery, and returns
Collection and delivery options, timing, and eligibility are shown during checkout. Keep your order number available for collection. If there is a concern with an order, contact ACCESS promptly with the order number so the team can review the specific item and applicable return or exchange option.
Merch to Event links
Merch to Event may link to third-party ticket providers. Those providers control their own ticket availability, event changes, payment, refund, and privacy terms. Where disclosed on an event page, ACCESS may earn a commission from a qualifying ticket purchase at no additional cost to you.
